Section 01

1. About Game4Class

▼

Game4Class is an educational platform designed to empower teachers in creating interactive classroom activities, AI-powered questions, multiplayer learning games, and randomized printable worksheets.

Teachers may create verified accounts to design, organize, and administer classroom activities. Students can participate in live classroom games directly via an ephemeral 6-digit game code and display name without creating a standard account or supplying personal identifiers.

Section 02

2. Information We Collect

▼

Depending on how you interact with Game4Class, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

  • Account information: Email address, hashed authentication credentials, and user account identifiers required to administer a teacher workspace.
  • Subscription information: Purchase tier, Premium subscription status, invoice metadata, and transaction history.
  • Classroom and gameplay information: Game session PINs, question responses, aggregated class scores, team assignments, completion times, and activity interaction metrics.
  • User-created content: Lesson prompts, customized question sets, subject tags, curriculum instructions, and assessment keys submitted by educators.
  • Uploaded content: Digital worksheets, textbook photos, slide decks, or lesson PDFs voluntarily uploaded by teachers for automated question generation.
  • Technical information: Approximate browser type, device OS, IP address, and technical telemetry used strictly to secure sessions, troubleshoot system load, and prevent service abuse.
Section 03

3. How We Use Information

▼

We process collected information strictly for operational and educational purposes, including to:

  • Authenticate teacher credentials and maintain school workspaces
  • Host real-time multiplayer games, live leaderboards, and homework missions
  • Generate curriculum-aligned quiz questions and anti-cheat printable worksheets
  • Process uploaded teacher documents into structured educational assessments
  • Calculate student score summaries and generate exportable gradebook analytics
  • Manage Premium subscriptions, license seat allotments, and billing records
  • Protect against unauthorized access, cheating exploits, and infrastructure misuse
  • Maintain high availability, diagnose network errors, and optimize gameplay responsiveness
Section 04

4. AI-Powered Features

▼

Game4Class leverages advanced artificial intelligence systems to assist teachers in generating relevant curriculum questions, formatting answer choices, creating explanatory hints, and extracting questions from lesson files.

Content submitted through our AI question generation prompts may be processed by enterprise AI infrastructure providers who operate under strict contractual data protection agreements. We do not permit third-party AI models to train publicly on student gameplay responses or confidential school records.

Section 05

5. Payments & Financial Data

▼

Game4Class offers individual Teacher Premium subscriptions and institutional School Licenses. All transactions are securely handled by certified third-party payment gateways, such as Stripe.

Game4Class does not store, process, or view full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. Payment processors manage cardholder data adhering to strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance and their respective privacy standards.

Section 06

6. Service Providers and Data Sharing

▼

We collaborate with vetted cloud infrastructure and operational service providers to power Game4Class, including partners for secure cloud hosting, user authentication, AI compute, database maintenance, transactional email delivery, and platform uptime monitoring.

Service providers only receive information strictly necessary to perform their respective technical functions on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal information or student activity records to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

Section 07

7. Students and Children's Privacy

▼

Game4Class is designed for K-12 educational classrooms. We deliberately minimize data collection for minors in alignment with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) principles:

  • Zero Student Registration: Students do not need email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, or personal accounts to join games.
  • Ephemeral Join PINs: Sessions are accessed via single-use game PINs and temporary classroom display nicknames chosen by the student or assigned by the educator.
  • Privacy by Default: We advise teachers to instruct students not to input real full names, home addresses, or sensitive personal data into nickname fields.
Section 08

8. Data Security & Encryption

▼

We enforce multi-tiered organizational and technical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized data access, leakage, tampering, or loss.

All traffic between your browser and Game4Class servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Database backups and sensitive account metadata are encrypted at rest with regular vulnerability scans and permission auditing.

Section 09

9. Data Retention

▼

We retain account data for active teacher accounts for as long as necessary to maintain active question banks, class history, and subscription access.

Temporary student gameplay state and leaderboard connections are cleared following session conclusion. Teachers maintain control over their saved question sets and may delete specific sets, student grade reports, or assessment history at any point.

Section 10

10. Account and Data Deletion

▼

Game4Class users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account, question libraries, and associated personal information.

Upon verification, your account record and question sets are removed from our active databases. Limited transaction archives may be retained only when mandated by statutory tax, accounting, or legal compliance duties.
